The honest summary: this site barely knows you exist, and it's built to stay that way.

What the Site Collects

Nothing personal. Every calculation runs inside your own browser. The weights, reps, times and measurements you type are never transmitted, stored or seen by anyone else. There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no advertising trackers, and the site's own code sets no cookies. The one third-party service in use is described below.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate visitor traffic, such as which calculators are used and how often. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data according to Google's own privacy policy. The numbers you type never enter that measurement, and the site itself does not collect names, emails or accounts.

Local Storage

One preference is saved on your device: your light or dark theme choice, kept in your browser's localStorage so the site remembers it next visit. It stays on your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Server Logs

Like almost every website, the hosting provider that serves these pages may keep standard server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and operations. Those logs are handled by the host under its own policies; the site adds nothing to them.

Third Parties

Google Analytics, described above, is the only third-party service the site loads. If advertising is ever added, the ad provider would come with its own privacy policy, and this page would say so.
